Jen coasted in a moment later, her face flushed from hauling on the sail. “Fourth! How’d I do, Dale?”

Sito glanced at her phone, then back out over the water. “Twenty-five minutes, fourteen seconds. Thirty seconds better than yesterday.”

Jen grinned at Bren as she walked over to them. “I’ll catch up to you before you know it, Fearless Leader.”

Kai laughed at her. “Please. No one’s ever going to follow a dumbass like Bren.”

Bren smiled at Jen before shoving Kai back by the shoulder. “Whatever man, you were following me from a couple of hundred meters back all the way.”

“Cut it out, guys,” Sito said, taking her attention off Miku and Kevin for a moment. “I’ve met married couples who argue less than you two.”
