“Don’t worry, camp doesn’t start for another couple of weeks, so we’ve got time. The deadline for submitting the applications was last night though, so I sent in the paperwork for us yesterday. We should hear back soon.”

Bren sighed and stared up at a low cloud drifting through the overcast sky. There went his summer. Again. “Well, since I applied for the camp already, I guess I’m going.”

Faye laughed quietly beside him. “Well, I’m glad you figured it out. Now you just have to help me convince those two that they’re going sailing this summer also.”
